Assembly presses with force and distance monitoring
We design and manufacture assembly press machines to cover a wide range of applications. Our machines will typically incorporate load cells, and distance measurement to check each assembly operation is within tolerance. Additional Poka Yoke checks can also be incorporated with the use of sensors and vision systems.
Automated loctite application/cup plug insert
Where cup plug assembly is required our systems can auto apply Loctite, and use vision cameras to check for the correct application. If Ok the system will automatically press home the cup plugs, and typically carry out a leak test to check the integrity of the assembly.
Conveyor-based multi-station assembly machines
We can build fully bespoke assembly machines fit to your purposes, breaking down the assembly process into smaller operations and dramatically reducing assembly times.
Operator assisted assembly
We produce a number of operator assisted assembly systems, designed to aid assembly operations with a no fault forward approach. Large touch screen displays ensure ease of use, while sensing and assembly aids (DC tooling, laser measurement, etc.) maintain precision at all times.
